How Do I Know If My Order Went Through?
You will receive an order confirmation email if your order went
through successfully. Please check your inbox and spam folder as well. If you do not receive the
confirmation email or any mistakes were made in the order, please contact us as soon as possible to
rectify the situation.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If the wrong size, color or address was
selected, email or call our customer service team to modify it without cancelling your order.
Unshipped orders can be cancelled, please contact the customer service team and make sure to include
your order ID and a reason for the cancellation.
What Should I Do If The Products Do Not Fit?
Please note that the measurement shown on
the size chart is around 1-2 cm tolerance. Every product has its size chart on the page, and we use the
measurement of cm to measure the product. If they don't fit you well, you could return the items.

Why Was My Order Canceled?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, items
listed on the website are in rare cases out of stock in our factories. If this does happen, we will
contact you within 24-48 hours to explain the cancellation. If other items in your order are in stock,
those items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order and a
refund will be processed.
Need To Change Something On My Order, How Can I Do That?
Please contact us immediately if you need
to change or cancel your order. We process and ship orders quickly (one business day to ship items that
are in stock). Once the parcel has been processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make
