Free shipping worldwide over $99.

For U.S. Customers:

We aim to check and pack the orders within 5 business days. We will email you if the item is out of stock.
Orders from US will usually arrive within 7-15 business days of shipment, depending on your destination countries.

For International Customers:

We aim to check and pack the orders within 5 business days. We will email you if the item is out of stock.
All international orders will usually arrive within 7-28 business days of shipment depending on your destination countries.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We now cover all custom duties and fees to USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Hong Kong.
Rest of the world:
We will try to avoid customs duties that you need to pay, but if customs and import duties, fees and taxes are incurred they are borne by the customer. Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the package. 
We are not responsible for undelivered packages if recipient refuses to pay custom taxes & duties. 

Delivery

We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not able to file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete or insecure shipping address. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and only when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@thesupermade.org with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible. We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, customer might need to pick it up from the local post office. Please note that we can not issue a refund if customers refuse to collect package from your local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. Packages won’t be returned back to our warehouse since we ship from overseas. If you no longer need the purchased items, please email our customer service team at info@thesupermade.org to submit a return request.
